Whether you're looking to cook a family meal or relax and watch your favorite sports team, we have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
All of our properties include resort quality soap amenities in all of our bathrooms so you don't need to worry about bringing any from home! Each of the four bathrooms will include: shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

SEVENOAKS VACATION RENTAL: Wake up to unobstructed views of Pikes Peak from the deck, then let the day unfold at whatever pace you choose... morning coffee on the patio, a hike straight across the street into Ute Valley Park, or a lazy afternoon in the walk-out basement with pool, Ms. Pac-Man, and a 70" TV. With six bedrooms including four kings, the layout was clearly built with real families in mind: a main-level room perfect for grandparents, a whimsical bunk bed room stocked with toys for the little ones, and an enclosed backyard where kids and dogs can run free while the adults unwind. It's the kind of home that does the heavy lifting so you don't have to.
2. DELMONICO VACATION RENTAL: Spread across four levels and 3,200 sq. ft., this 6-bedroom retreat sleeps up to 15 and was made for groups who want to be together without being on top of each other. The private gated property has a sprawling wraparound yard with picnic tables for big al fresco meals, lawn games, and a creek out back where the kids and dogs will want to spend the entire trip, with a full park and playground just across the water. Come dusk, keep an eye out for the deer that wander through almost daily. TAMORA VACATION RENTAL: Nestled in the Colorado foothills, our 7-bedroom, 6,700 sq. ft. custom mountain retreat was designed for the kind of vacation where everyone, from the littlest adventurers to the adults who just need a quiet moment... finds their perfect corner. Challenge the family to billiards, air hockey, darts, or a round of Ms. Pac-Man in the private game room, then settle in for movie night on the 86" TV with a sectional big enough for the whole crew. The kids will be wide-eyed in their whimsical campground-themed playroom, complete with a 360° mountain mural, books, and toys, while the grown-ups slip away to the cozy library nook with a glass of wine. The chef's kitchen with dual ovens, gas range, massive island, flows right out to a BBQ deck and al fresco dining for 14, and when the sun goes down, the private hot tub overlooking a quiet ravine of evergreens is waiting. "We rented Brian’s place to celebrate our son’s graduation from USAFA. The house accommodated our large family including our one year old granddaughter. Brian and Kristen thought of everything for baby supplies so that we didn’t need to haul any large baby items across the country. The outdoor seating area with gas fireplace and pool table were a big hit for pasta night with the Cadets. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of place settings for our large group. Convenient labels identified the light switches and location of supplies. The host was very responsive to our requests."

"I cant say anything negative about this property!! There is so much space!! The kitchen is fully stocked...very spacious...kids loved the pool table and the many many board games! The property owners thought of everything! We were there for a week and it felt like home! The house was very clean and organized...the house is very close to alot of attractions! We travel every year for spring break and christmas holiday and this by far is THE BEST house we have stayed in! 5 star for sure!! The property owner was always avaliable and responded promptly! When i do make another trip there i will definitely book this house again!"

We would definitely stay here again. The location is ideal to explore the area. Our grandchildren loved having the park just down the hill from the house to run off energy. The house was clean and well stocked. If you have an infant, everything you would need is provided. The back porch was ideal in the evenings to chat with a view of the sun setting on Pike's Peak. We've stayed at several large homes similar to this one, and this home is by far our favorite.

"Great house, perfect for a large group to spead out with multiple 'living room' areas - den, living room, basement, and deck. Plenty of bedrooms with various bed sizes helps accommodate families. Wonderful toy closet - no need to bring toys - even a high chair, pack-and-play and strollers, so perfect for little ones. Kitchen well stocked with cooking items and spices - cooked every day with ease! Trails on the mountains near the house were a lot of fun as was the neighborhood park. View of Pikes Peak from the deck was wonderful - great for evening star watching and morning coffee with large table and chairs. Costco, Safeway and plenty of food places nearby as well as Garden of the Gods. Wished we had more time - didn't get to play pool much - basement was great for teens and movie watchers. Fabulous communication with Brian and Kristen and great follow-up. Entire family was very impressed with house and renting experience."
ABOUT THE OWNER
Brian has been in the vacation rental house industry for nearly 10 years. He enjoys providing a space for families to come together and create long lasting memories. Brian worked with Walt Disney Imagineering for 14 years, creating elaborate nighttime shows for all the theme parks around the world before starting his own consulting business. Brian currently live in Los Angeles, California where he is a creative director in the entertainment industry partnering with various companies and production houses, as he continuing to create unique live experiences and shows for audiences around the globe.
